Kylie Dalton – Managing Director

kylie-smallKylie has been in Marketing for over 20 years. Beginning her career in Public Relations as the first female to get in to the Public Relations Armed Corps, she enjoyed the challenge of crossing barriers and boundaries many times during her stay in the Australian Army, and believes that it set her up well for her future in business.

Leaving the Armed forces Kylie continued her development in the corporate world, with courses in Business Management and further moved into the Sales and Marketing arena from Public Relations. In a role that spanned 5 and half years, Kylie became the National Sales Manager of the organisation then relocated back to Western Australia to take over as State Manager of the company. Kylie’s career and experience also progressed when she became the State Manager of an international textile organisation. These two roles not only developed her ability to understand business growth but also enriched her knowledge in branding and successful marketing in very competitive environments.

Taking a step in a different direction to help her understanding of many things Kylie studied Psychology for a number of years, which lead to her role as the General Manager of the Cancer Support Association. This role encompassed all of her skills in sales, marketing and public relations and to this day has given her the kind of job satisfaction that most still aspire to achieve. Many of her skills have been lent to charitable organisations not only as a paid consultant but also under a pro bono capacity. Kylie believes that if she can lend her skills to a great cause she will.

This is where Absolute Edge Media stands now having been created and developed with many years of experience and passion for doing the best job possible for her clients. Absolute Edge Media has been born from this drive and will continue to grow because of it.

Michele Seymour – Creative Director

micheleA freelance photographer, designer, and web & social media specialist based in Perth, Western Australia. With close to 15 years’ experience, Michele believes in putting her all into everything that she does.

Throughout her career, Michele’s experience has included working for Not for Profit organisations in regional, remote and metro areas as well as work in the Business and Education sectors. In recent years she has also worked largely for Local and State Government, where the work and organisations mainly focused in the promotion and development of Perth.

Michele has been designing websites for over 15 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts: Internet Studies majoring in Internet Theory and minoring in Design, with other qualifications in Mass Communications, Small Business Management and Customer Contact. Michele’s study and design work have led her to a love of social media and internet communications. Specialising in online marketing, she works with a variety of clients and organisations to build their online presence.

As one of Perth’s budding online events promoters, Michele believes in the beauty and imagination of the Perth arts and culture scene and has a passion for showcasing it. Having experience in the design industry she bring a level of innovation to a project, bringing together design, promotion and coordination of all things creative.

Michele also believes that we should use whatever talents we have, to make a difference in our community. As such, she is currently volunteering as a Design and Event Coordinator for the Children’s Leukaemia and Cancer Research Foundation and volunteers her time and expertise with numerous other organisations in WA whenever possible.

Erinn Stewart – Social Media Account Manager

erinnErinn Stewart is a Social Media Account Manager at Absolute Edge Media with nearly a decade of design experience. Erinn is a highly skilled and motivated individual that has helped many clients grow their business through engaging social media content and memorable ad content.

Having graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2005 with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture with Honours and having studied and worked in Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Erinn brings with her a wealth of experience in all facets of communication – including print design and web graphic production, graphic design, copywriting and social media. She is able to create custom, detailed professional graphics and content to suit any organisation’s needs.

In her spare time, Erinn enjoys artistic cake decorating, drawing and spending time with her family.
